Kashan Industrial Company is located 12 kilometers from Kashan - Ghom road. This company is about 100 acres and includes residential city of factory, manufacturing units of factory, service parts, storehouses, general services (motels, restaurants and pools), gardens and landscapes.

It was registered in 1351 and its first exploitation was in 1353.The main activity of company was manufacturing rugs which were mostly machine-made carpets and side carpets in different sizes. The mentioned capacity of factory is 12000square meter but the available capacity is about 10000square meter in a day. It is worthy to mention that this company is one of the largest, the most experienced and the most equipped units of machine-made carpets in Middle East. this company by accessibility to various independent units of textiles, painting, weaving and finishing converts it main material which is filament to complete machine made carpet .existence of these units and perfect capability of personnel pave the way for different applications on products characteristics and of course variety of products base on client’s taste. The activities of company are mostly divided into 3 parts of administrative, services and production. The administrative part includes: director manager offices, prearrangements, sales, administrative affairs, finance, auditor ship, computer and guarding. Service section includes industrial engineering parts, electricity and refinery, repairing and renovation, transportation, building & installations, general facilities and storehouses. Meanwhile the industrial engineering section by accessibility to equipped laboratories and knowledge of standards is supervising the production from the very first level (entering raw material) to the end producing perfect machine made carpet.

Production part includes 10 factories of textile factory of 2, textile factory of 3, dyeing elements, dyeing skein, dyeing kan, weaving, weaving one, weaving two and finishing. In textile hall one acrylic filaments or wool are converted to half yarns after going through cotton-blowing, carding, gill box, finisher. Half yarns of this phase will convert to raw yarn which is capable of dyeing after going through ring & twister processes.

In number 2 textile hall the processes are similar to number one salon in order to produce pile yarn the only difference is that after ring stage the completing stages for producing pile yarn are autoconer, lakny, and twister. In number 3 textile halls cotton filaments will convert to raw yarn after going through ring, autoconer, lakny and twister. In preliminaries dyeing hall the produced pile yarns will be sent to two sections of skeining and laxing and then to skein dyeing hall or kan to be dyed. Preparing yarn for weaving is done in three sections of warp yarn, woof yarn, and pile yarn in preliminaries weaving hall.

After receiving warp yarn, woof yarn, and pile yarn from Bobin store, the process of weaving carpet is done by carpeting machines in number one & two weaving halls. the weaved carpets are sent to finishing hall and after going through back erasing ,darning, raying , polishing, starching, rooting & zigzag and also after final rating are sent to product’s store.
